Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to make my model?
Each model is handcrafted to order. Production usually takes 2-5 business days. Shipping takes an additional 1-5 business days depending on the region.
Will my model be made exactly like the preview?
Yes. The digital preview shows you an exact pre-visualization of your model. We craft it 1:1, in high quality and with hand-finished details. By placing your order, you confirm that we will produce the model exactly as shown in the preview. The geodata is saved at the exact time of purchase to rule out short-term changes to the map data.
What scale are the models?
Our city models are at a scale of approx. 1:5,500, and our mountain models approx. 1:85,000. This ensures buildings and topography are shown with optimal detail. With the 52 cm frame option (city model) and with all mountain models, you also get a zoom function. Up to 2x for cities and up to 3x for mountains.
What materials is my model made from?
We use 100% biodegradable plastic. Each model is then hand-finished and inspected in our Stuttgart studio. The frame is made of solid wood.
Can I order any place in the world?
Yes. We can produce any location worldwide. Simply select it on the map and check if you like the preview.
What if I am not happy with my model?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Contact us and we will find a solution. Quality issues and shipping damage are, of course, covered by us.
